  I joined the public relations department at the Children's Hospital of Eastern Ontario (CHEO) in June of 2009, and Marguerite Cohen was our translator. Since then, we have worked with other people but Marguerite has remained our go-to translator, because we know that she will get the job done on time. She was particularly helpful in getting our website's redesign project off the ground, as we needed to ensure that the entirety of our English content would get translated into French. On that project in particular, she has a lot of content to process in a very short period of time. Another time Marguerite's work ethic stood out was in the fall of 2010, when our hospital - and the entire community - had to deal witht the H1N1 flu epidemic. Once again, Marguerite had to deal with extremely short turn-around time as we has to hustle to communicate with and reassure the community, in both official languages. And time after time, Marguerite got the job done. She is also keenly aware of the need to vary the tone of her work according to our various audiences (in our case, it varies from patients and their families, CHEO staff and physicians, community physicians and external stakeholders), and she always does it splendidly. I enjoy working with Marguerite and she is a true professional.
